I agree that the Catskill Artists Gallery (CAG) may exhibit this work and use my name and photos of the work in advertising and promotion. I agree that if the work sells, CAG will take 30% of the sale price as commission, and I will receive the balance within 30 days of the last day of the show. I acknowledge that CAG will collect and forward sales tax to the State of New York. I acknowledge that CAG will care for the work while in its possession, but accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage.
